• Compulsory: Mandarin Speakers
• Professional Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering will be advantage
• Minimum 2 years or more of experience in the machining or sheet metal related industries.

Tanggungjawab

• Report to the Business Development Manager and Section Head.
• Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales growth.
• Develop and create sales with existing customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, customer visits, negotiations, and follow-up actions.
• Involved in quotations and price control.
• Conduct product/service presentations.
• Assist in quality issues.
• Provide after-sales service to clients.
• Promote company products and services within existing accounts.
• Contribute to the profitability of the company.
• Develop customer relationships with existing accounts to be able to reach all levels of decision-makers.
• Prepare quotations based on prices given by Directors/Business Development personnel.
• Preparation of tender-related documents.
• Coordinate internally for related customer matters.
• Undertake other special assignments and ad-hoc related duties.
• Maintain consistent application of company policies, procedures, and shop floor rules.
• Adhere to all applicable Occupational Safety and Health laws and regulations, as well as standards, practices, and procedures instituted by the Company.
• Assist the Business Development Manager & Section Head in taking accountability for the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Establishing quality policy and objectives, and promoting the use of a process approach and risk-based thinking.
