Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



?Conduct outbound calls to business leads provided by the client

? Use the client's CRM system, excel, and VoIP tools (e.g., Aircall) for lead management and calling

? Accurately log call outcomes and update lead information in the CRM

? Communicate directly with the client for product knowledge updates and work instructions

? Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service during all interactions

? Adhere to compliance requirements for data handling and outreach (e.g., GDPR, as applicable)

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:



? Previous 1 to 2 experience in outbound telemarketing or sales is preferred

? Familiarity with CRM and VoIP systems

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills

? Ability to work independently and follow client instructions

? Professional fluency in English
