- Issue monthly rental invoices in accordance with lease agreements
- Prepare and charge tenants for utility usage (e.g., electricity, water, maintenance fees)
- Track and monitor all outstanding receivables
- Follow up with tenants for timely rental and utility payments
- Update and maintain AR aging report
- Record collections and allocate payments accurately in the accounting system
- Liaise with tenants to resolve billing disputes or queries
- Provide monthly collection status reports to management
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in property or real estate industry
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (Xero & Ragic System)
Good understanding of accounting standards and billing workflows
Attention to detail and able to meet deadlines
Strong communication and follow-up skills

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
