Job Description

Responsibilities:



Communicate with customers and team members in basic English and Chinese. Utilize Google Sheets and Excel for data processing and manage communication through email. Handle HRDF claims in accordance with company procedures. Manage and operate the MR DISC platform. Deliver customer service and share relevant information accurately and promptly. Apply automated systems to enhance work efficiency. Use Canva to create simple design materials. Conduct data analysis to support business decisions. Maintain work files and ensure proper documentation. Operate the HRMS system to carry out daily administrative tasks.

Requirements:



Proficient in English and Chinese for effective communication. Basic understanding of Google Sheets and Excel. Familiar with Canva for basic design work. Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit. Basic knowledge of data analysis. Hardworking, eager to learn, and maintains a positive work attitude. Possesses a clear and friendly voice for customer interactions.

Working Hours:


Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (in-office).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
