Handle all cash, credit card, and e-payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
Process customer bills, issue receipts, and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
Verify guest orders and coordinate with service staff to ensure billing accuracy.
Maintain proper cash float, reconcile daily collections, and prepare end-of-shift reports.
Handle refunds, discounts, and voids in accordance with company policies.
Ensure the cashier counter and POS system are always organized, clean, and operational.
Provide friendly and professional customer service when addressing billing or payment inquiries.
Safeguard all financial records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with audit requirements.
Assist in monitoring and reporting discrepancies or system errors promptly.
Support front-of-house operations as needed during busy periods.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Job Requirements:
Prior experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and payment procedures.
Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in numerical work.
Trustworthy, responsible, and able to handle financial transactions with integrity.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
