Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage overall daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.

Work closely with the Chairman/CEO to develop and implement strategic initiatives and business objectives.

Translate high-level strategies into actionable plans and oversee end-to-end execution.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, streamline business processes, and enhance operational frameworks.

Oversee cost management, performance tracking, and achievement of key business metrics.

Develop and optimise operational standards, SOPs, and workflows for all retail outlets.

Drive store performance improvements and ensure consistent service quality across all locations.

Mentor, develop, and lead mid- to senior-level managers to strengthen capability and execution.

Provide timely operational reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience

in operations management, with at least

5 years in a senior leadership role

.

Proven experience managing chain-store or multi-outlet operations

, preferably within the automotive industry.

Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate strategy into actionable operational plans.

Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams and drive high performance.

Solid understanding of cost control, budgeting, business KPIs, and operational optimization.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to operational challenges.

Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage complex, fast-paced operations.

Mandarin proficiency required; ability to communicate in English is an advantage.

Willingness to travel domestically for store visits and operational oversight.
