Develop, implement, and optimize paid social media advertising strategies (Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms) to achieve brand awareness and sales objectives.
Set up and manage social media advertising accounts, including campaign structure, targeting, budget allocation, and ad settings.
Design, test, and optimize ad creatives to ensure alignment with audience behavior and campaign goals.
Monitor ad performance, track key metrics, and analyze data to provide data-driven optimization recommendations.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting to improve conversion rates and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Prepare regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
Content Creation & Creative Execution
Create high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including static visuals, captions, and short-form videos.
Translate concepts and ideas into well-produced video or film content, from planning to final output.
Write clear, persuasive marketing copy that resonates with target audiences.
Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices to maximize content reach and engagement.
Collaboration & Market Insights
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate ad campaigns and cross-channel marketing initiatives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and improvement recommendations.
Manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines and adapting to changing requirements.
Requirements
Experience in content creation, social media marketing, advertising, or copywriting roles.
Fluent in Chinese, with strong writing and editing skills (English proficiency is an advantage).
Strong critical thinking skills, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Hands-on experience in videography and video editing.
Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Able to start work immediately is an advantage.
