Collaborate with R&D and procurement teams to enhance product performance and cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
2. Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and revenue.
Build and maintain relationships with distributors, industrial clients, and key partners.
Identify new business opportunities within the chemical and FMCG sectors.
3. Marketing & Brand Growth
Plan and implement
digital marketing and social media campaigns
to promote company products.
Analyze market trends to align marketing strategies with industry demands.
Represent the company at trade exhibitions, industry events, and customer meetings.
4. Leadership & Operational Excellence
Lead and mentor production and sales teams to achieve operational and financial targets.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in
Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry
, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience
in detergent or chemical manufacturing, with proven
leadership experience
.
Strong technical expertise in
chemical formulation and raw material management.
Demonstrated success in
sales, marketing, and business development.
Proficiency in
digital marketing and social media strategy
, preferably within the
chemical or FMCG
industries.
