We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on professional to lead both chemical production and commercial growth for our detergent and chemical manufacturing business. This role combines technical formulation expertise, production oversight, and sales, marketing, and business development leadership, with a strong focus on digital and social media-driven growth.
This position requires a Mandarin-speaking professional who can bridge technical operations with market expansion and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Technical Leadership
Lead detergent and chemical formulation, raw material mixing, and production processes.
Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and internal SOPs.
Troubleshoot formulation, production, and process-related issues.
Drive continuous improvement in production efficiency, cost optimization, and product quality.
Collaborate with suppliers on raw material sourcing, specifications, and cost control.
Sales, Marketing & Business Development
Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to grow market share.
Identify new customers, distribution channels, and commercial opportunities.
Support pricing strategies, product positioning, and customer negotiations.
Work closely with customers to understand market needs and translate them into product improvements.
Digital Marketing & Brand Growth
Lead social media and digital marketing initiatives for chemical and FMCG products.
Develop content strategies to support branding, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Monitor digital marketing performance and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends relevant to FMCG and chemical products.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop production and sales teams.
Set performance targets, KPIs, and accountability structures.
Foster a results-driven, collaborative, and safety-conscious work culture.
Support talent development and succession planning.

Demonstrated track record in sales, marketing, and business development.
Hands-on experience in social media and digital marketing, preferably within chemical or FMCG industries.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage cross-functional responsibilities across production and commercial functions.
