HR&Admin Specialist is assisting in daily HR&Admin operations. This role is responsible for daily office administration like maintaining staff attendance, annual leave & M.C. records, staff records management, documentation management and HR administration support. The position requires high intensive and smooth communication with other departments.
Responsibilities, Accountability & Decision Making Authority
: Outline the primary responsibilities of the position and the authority level of the position (i.e. budget approval)
Provide general office administration support like managing office supplies, maintenance and company assets;
Maintain and update employee records including attendance, leave and staff documentation;
General clerical duties -not limited to photocopying, mailing, filling and preparations of documentations;
Keep track of cycle of all maintenance contracts;
Assist to prepare the payment to vendors or supplies(process payment, prepare invoice, payment voucher, receipts, cheques);
Assist in organizing internal events, meetings, or training sessions;
Handle accommodation arrangements for staff and management, including current stays and future bookings if necessary;
Renewal of foreign worker's permit and all matter related to foreign worker's employment if necessary;
Coordinate and provide the assistance of HR functions, including supporting the recruitment, on-boarding, personnel management, performance evaluation, training, and resignation process;
Organize and assist in carrying out staff activities to enhance team cohesion and corporate culture construction.

We are looking for a detail-oriented accountable HR & Admin to manage the office administration and meanwhile support some administration work for human resources. The required qualifications are as below:
College degree or above, human resource management or related major is preferred;
At least 3 years related working experience;
Proficient in Office software (Word, Excel, PPT);
Good communication skills and have team spirit;
Work conscientiously and timely, with strong sense of responsibility with service awareness, quick learner, diligent and progressive;
Strong organizational and time management skills, be able to handle multiple tasks effectively and can work independently.

Fluent oral/written English skill;
Good oral/written Mandarin skill;
Familiarity with local HR-related laws, regulations, and policies.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
