Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Serve as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Support employee engagement initiatives and manage recognition programs.
Coordinate performance management and training programs; maintain training records.
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation; assist in payroll and benefits administration.
Support compensation, salary review, and market benchmarking exercises.
Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.) and HR policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
1-2 years HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Good knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR processes.
Proficient in Mandarin; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, empathetic, and adaptable.
Maintains confidentiality and ethical standards.
