Oversee customer reception, guidance, cashier operations, and overall service delivery to ensure a prompt, courteous, and high-quality customer experience.
Conduct routine inspections of the lobby and front-of-house areas to maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and service standards.
Provide training, coaching, and performance guidance to service staff to ensure operational consistency and professional service quality
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Candidates in good physical health, with a presentable appearance and relevant working experience.
Possession of a
valid health certificate
is mandatory.
Outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset; able to engage with customers patiently and professionally.
Strong sense of teamwork, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve operational objectives.
Proficiency in
Bahasa Malaysia
is required; candidates with strong
English proficiency
will be given added advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Salary:
RM4,000-4,500 (meals provided; accommodation not included).
Rest Days:
4 days per month.
Full Attendance Allowance:
RM200 per month.
