Key Responsibilities:



Role Summary:

A high-trust, high-impact support role to the Managing Director. This is not just about admin; it's about enabling sharper decisions, stronger relationships, and smoother execution across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Accompany the MD to key meetings, events, site visits, and industry functions Observe, take notes, and follow up on action items, ensuring continuity and accountability Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders Coordinate daily communication: screen and draft emails, calls, and messages with professionalism and tact Manage the MD's calendar with precision, optimizing time across strategic, operational, and personal priorities Plan and book complex travel itineraries, logistics, and accommodations Conduct market research, policy reviews, and stakeholder analysis to support strategic planning Summarize findings into brief reports or presentation decks that support decision-making Prepare meeting documents, reports, proposals, and presentation materials with clarity and polish Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion and ethical responsibility Track, follow up, and drive progress across multiple ongoing tasks, projects, or assignments Take initiative on special projects or tasks delegated by the MD, often with minimal supervision Support personal errands or tasks when necessary, ensuring peace of mind and focus for the MD

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:



Minimum 3 years' experience in a fast-paced executive assistant, coordinator, or business analyst role Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) Strong research, writing, and presentation skills Highly organized, proactive, and emotionally intelligent Tech-savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools Able to work flexible hours and travel when required Discreet, mature, and grounded, especially in handling confidential or sensitive matters Comfortable navigating dynamic, founder-led environments (property experience is a bonus)

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
