Supervise daily production operations to ensure production efficiency and compliance with quality standards.
Assist in planning and managing production schedules, reasonably allocating resources and workforce.
Monitor and optimize production processes to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies, maintaining a safe production environment.
Analyze production data and prepare performance reports for management.
Job Requirements:
Must be able to communicate and write in Mandarin fluently.
Hold a diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in production or manufacturing.
Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
Familiar with production planning and problem-solving abilities.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment and meet deadlines.
