Production Supervisor

We are seeking a responsible, hardworking, and proactive

Production Supervisor

to oversee daily factory operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production flow, uphold safety standards, manage materials and inventory, and support overall factory efficiency and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities1. Production Operations

Supervise the production team to ensure efficient daily operations and compliance with safety standards. Monitor productivity and performance, ensuring targets and deadlines are met. Enforce safety rules and guidelines across the production floor. Conduct hygiene and cleanliness inspections of the factory environment. Oversee incoming materials to ensure accurate receiving and proper storage. Manage inventory for machine spare parts and consumables. Handle procurement and tracking of factory consumables. Report production team performance and materials shipment progress to management.

2. Documentation, Compliance & Training

Maintain documentation and filing for production processes and SOPs. Coordinate with the Safety & Environmental Committee to ensure compliance with Malaysian regulations (OSHA 1994, EQA 1974). Train workers on equipment handling, PPE usage, and safety guidelines. Work with the OSH Coordinator/Competent Person to organize safety and environmental training and drills. Implement safety, environmental policies, and SOPs to promote a compliant and secure working environment.

3. Building & Facility Management

Assist in planning and reviewing factory layout for workflow optimization. Support maintenance and repair activities for factory, laboratory, and office facilities.

4. Team Management

Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance, providing feedback to improve productivity. Conduct regular team meetings to address safety, quality, and operational updates.

5. Administrative Support

Troubleshoot basic Wi-Fi or connectivity issues as needed. Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

Diploma in Engineering or related field. Minimum

2 years of experience

in production planning, fabrication work, or factory operations. Proficient in both

English and Mandarin

(written and verbal). Strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude and ability to work independently. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
