Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue goals, expand market presence, and strengthen client relationships in the eLearning and HR Tech space. This role combines strategic planning, sales execution, and team mentorship.
Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate sales team members to achieve targets.
Conduct performance reviews and provide development feedback.
Develop and implement sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and generate leads.
Build senior-level client relationships and support complex deal closures.
Oversee CRM usage to maintain accurate pipeline and prepare sales reports.
Monitor team metrics and optimize processes for operational efficiency.
Stay informed on market trends and provide insights for product and service enhancements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience, 2+ years leading teams.
Experience in consultative or solution selling.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in CRM and collaboration platforms (Zoho, ClickUp, Miro Board, Office 365).
Willing to travel for regional client meetings.
Bonus Skills:
Experience with LMS, HR Tech, or digital learning solutions.
Knowledge of sales enablement tools and virtual facilitation.
