Lead team and conduct client meetings.
Design construction documents and project management.
Act as point of contact for all technical issues.
Oversee the architectural production and meet client requirements.
Write project plans, specifications, and related documents, and coordinate all phases of construction.
Develop team plans and project scheduling.
Coordinate and lead project meetings.
Manage all project documentation.
Collaborate with and evaluate all consultants and subcontractors.
Act as point of contact for all technical issues.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent experience with min 2 years related experience in architectural, and interior design environment.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong technical expertise related to design and construction.
Required Languages: Mandarin and English
Additional Information:
Working hours: Monday - Friday (9 am - 6 pm)

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
