The Senior Sales Executive (Event Management) is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition, account servicing, and event project management. This role combines sales excellence with hands-on event management experience to deliver impactful experiential marketing campaigns and strengthen long-term client relationships.
2. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Servicing
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within FMCG, retail, and corporate sectors.
- Develop strong client relationships through consistent engagement, trust, and solution-driven proposals.
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations aligned with client briefs.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the company.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide weekly progress reports to management.
- Negotiate project budgets, pricing, and contracts to ensure profitable outcomes.
Event Management
- Lead and manage A-Z event execution -- from concept, design, production, setup, and on-ground operations.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments (creative, production, logistics, procurement) and external vendors.
- Conduct site visits, technical checks, and risk assessments before event day.
- Oversee on-site operations to ensure quality control, client satisfaction, and brand consistency.
- Ensure all events meet La Memoria's quality standards, cost efficiency, and client expectations.
Strategic & Administrative
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential leads.
- Support Head of Sales in planning annual business strategies and client growth plans.
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, POs, and contracts.
- Mentor junior sales staff and support team development.
3. Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in event management and B2B sales.
- Proven track record in closing high-value event projects or experiential campaigns.
- Strong understanding of event production, setup timelines, and vendor coordination.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, BM, and Mandarin (advantage).
- Possesses own transport and willing to travel for client meetings and event setups.
