Key Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to all guests throughout their visit. Take and confirm food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar teams. Serve food, drinks, and additional items promptly while maintaining presentation standards. Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests quickly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction. Clear and reset tables or rooms efficiently after each use to maintain cleanliness and readiness. Handle billing procedures accurately, coordinating with the cashier or receptionist as required. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, utensils, and trays. Ensure all service areas comply with hygiene and safety standards. Assist in setting up rooms for events, private functions, or special promotions. Handle guest feedback or complaints politely and escalate to the superior when necessary. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Job Requirements:

Prior experience in F&B service or hospitality is an advantage. Pleasant personality with strong communication and customer service skills. Able to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment. Responsible, punctual, and a good team player with a positive attitude. Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and night shifts. Neat and well-groomed appearance at all times.

Pay: RM2,450.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
