Key Responsibilities

Deliver a

positive guest experience

through courteous, professional, and attentive service. Handle

phone reservations and enquiries

, providing accurate and helpful information. Greet guests and

escort them to designated rooms or areas

. Record guest orders and serve

food and beverages

promptly and accurately. Input orders into the

point-of-sale (POS) system

efficiently. Provide

basic technical support

, including microphone checks and karaoke system setup. Maintain a

safe, clean, and organized environment

at all times. Work independently, ensuring tasks are completed

efficiently and accurately

to ensure smooth operations. Maintain a

ad-hoc duties

as assigned by supervisors or management.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in

hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service

is preferred but not required. Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

. Ability to

work independently

and as part of a team. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Flexibility to work

shifts, weekends, and public holidays
