Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Design and implement

strategic sales initiatives

to convert

20-30%

of an existing pipeline of over

1,000 accounting firms

into active clients. Lead the

entire B2B sales cycle

-- from prospecting and client presentations to demos, negotiations, and deal closures. Build and nurture

long-term, trust-based relationships

with key stakeholders and decision-makers within accounting firms and affiliated sectors. Gather and analyze

market intelligence and client feedback

to refine product features, pricing strategies, and go-to-market positioning. Develop

scalable sales processes, CRM workflows, and reporting systems

to support business expansion and performance tracking. Partner with the

Founder and marketing team

to strengthen brand presence, drive adoption, and establish market credibility. Lay the groundwork for

future sales team expansion

, including hiring, training, and leadership development as the company grows.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements



Fluent in Mandarin and English

, both written and spoken. Proven success in

B2B sales

, ideally within

accounting, finance, SaaS, or professional services

sectors. Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability in

business development, client acquisition, and market growth.

Excellent

presentation, communication, and negotiation

skills, capable of engaging C-level professionals. Highly

self-driven, entrepreneurial, and adaptable

in a fast-paced startup environment. Familiarity with

accounting firm operations

or

transfer pricing

practices is a strong advantage.
