Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and responsible

Supervisor

to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will excel in team leadership, operational management, and customer service, while maintaining a fun, safe, and engaging environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

Staff Management

Supervise, motivate, and train karaoke staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality guest service. Schedule and manage shifts, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching to staff.

Operations Oversight

Oversee daily karaoke room operations, including guest reservations, technical setup, and service standards. Ensure all equipment (microphones, sound systems, and lighting) is operational and maintained.

Customer Experience

Deliver a positive and memorable experience for all guests through attentive service and timely support. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.

Goal Achievement & Reporting

Monitor room utilization, sales, and service performance to achieve operational targets. Prepare reports and provide feedback to management on team performance and operational improvements.

Safety & Environment

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in compliance with health and safety standards. Ensure proper handling of equipment and adherence to operational procedures.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Requirements

Proven experience in

supervisory or team-lead roles

within hospitality, entertainment, or karaoke environments. Strong

leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

. Ability to

handle high-pressure situations

and resolve conflicts effectively. Technical aptitude for

audio-visual equipment and basic system troubleshooting

. Flexible to work

evenings, weekends, and public holidays

as required. Customer-focused with a passion for creating

engaging and enjoyable experiences

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
