Handle full set of accounts, daily operations of financial and accounting functions which include maintaining the general ledgers and fixed assets register;
Actively participate in system implementations;
Develop and improve accounting system and internal control;
Review on all records, journal entries to ensure accuracy of data;
Prepare corporate tax computation, annual tax return, monthly SST schedules and payment;
Liaise and work cooperatively with different department;
Prepare management accounts and analysis financial information (balance sheet and profit & loss items on monthly basis)
Periodical preparation of Government report, statistics analysis and surveys.
To coordinate annual stock count
Other assignments from time to time as request by management as and when required.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent;
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
Possess with Microsoft Excel knowledge;
Proactive and able to work independently.
Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken).
