Manage day-to-day office operations, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries in a professional manner.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating with internal teams.
Maintain and update company records, databases, and inventory lists.
Support Directors and Designers with administrative tasks when required.
Accounting:
Handle basic accounting functions including data entry, invoicing, billing, and payment processing.
Prepare monthly financial records, petty cash, and expense claims.
Liaise with external accountants/auditors for submission of financial reports and statutory compliance.
Monitor accounts receivable/payable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Assist with payroll preparation and related HR administrative duties.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative and/or accounting functions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) is required
to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
