Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solution that meet their specific needs.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective customers.
Provide ongoing support to existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements :
Possess a Diploma in mechanical engineering or relevant field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
Advantage technical knowledge of automotive service equipment and related systems
Customer relation management (CRM) practices and tools.
Problem-solving skills with the abilityto diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Working Hours :
8:30AM - 5:30PM (5.5 days per week)
