We're looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you'll be the driving force behind customer outreach and sample coordination. You'll travel to workshops, scrapyards, e-waste centers, and other industrial partners across Malaysia, sourcing new customers while maintaining relationships with existing ones. You'll also coordinate logistics for sample testing at our Johor factory.
What You'll Do:
Travel to various locations across Malaysia to visit customers, vendors, and industrial partners.
Identify and engage with potential suppliers in the catalytic converter, and e-waste recycling sectors.
Build and maintain long-term customer and vendor relationships.
Manage and arrange material samples for testing at our Johor factory.
Collaborate with our team in China -- Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
Requirements :
What We're Looking For in You:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 years of experience in business development, preferably in recycling or related industries.
Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).

Strong organizational and time management abilities.
