Requirements:

  • Diploma in Marketing or Business Development discipline.
  • 5 years working experience in similar discipline.
  • Able to coordinate activities independently and able to maintain and file documentations on work processes.
  • Excellent time management and ability to follow up and monitor Customer status.
  • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Good report writing skills.
  • Good judgment, negotiation, communication, motivation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate and able to operate Microsoft and Excel programs.
Willing to travel and possess own transport.

REMUNERATION PACKAGES:

RM 5,500 - RM 10,000++ (Basic + Commissions)

Travel allowances on claim basis (details will be discussed with the candidates directly)
EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Medical Coverage, Annual Leave etc.
Probation is 6 months.
Working Days: 5 days\' work week;
Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Friday) Scopes:

Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Kawasan Perusahaan Cheras Jaya, Balakong

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Based at the Sales & Marketing Dept.
  • Report to the Managing Director.
  • Prepare sales forecast and monitor progress.
  • Call or email potential customers to demonstrate company\xe2\x80\x99s service to win new markets.
  • Maintain updated customer and sales revenue record. Follow up on sales queries promptly.
  • Submit expense reports and monthly sales report in a timely manner.
  • Consistently plan and organize work efficiently. Schedule working appointment in advance and be prompt for it.
  • Maintain loyalty from existing customers through regular review visits and effective communication.
  • Make accurate, rapid cost calculations.
  • Feedback to superior on sales information gathered on future buying trends.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related activities as assigned.
