Diploma in Marketing or Business Development discipline.
5 years working experience in similar discipline.
Able to coordinate activities independently and able to maintain and file documentations on work processes.
Excellent time management and ability to follow up and monitor Customer status.
Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Good report writing skills.
Good judgment, negotiation, communication, motivation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate and able to operate Microsoft and Excel programs.
Willing to travel and possess own transport.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Based at the Sales & Marketing Dept.
Report to the Managing Director.
Prepare sales forecast and monitor progress.
Call or email potential customers to demonstrate company\xe2\x80\x99s service to win new markets.
Maintain updated customer and sales revenue record. Follow up on sales queries promptly.
Submit expense reports and monthly sales report in a timely manner.
Consistently plan and organize work efficiently. Schedule working appointment in advance and be prompt for it.
Maintain loyalty from existing customers through regular review visits and effective communication.
Make accurate, rapid cost calculations.
Feedback to superior on sales information gathered on future buying trends.
Performs miscellaneous job-related activities as assigned.
