Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Boost Sales Revenue Develop and implement strategic sales plans aimed at increasing revenue, identifying new market opportunities, and optimizing current sales channels.

2. Strengthen Client Relationships Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term business growth.

3. Enhance Sales Team Performance Support and improve sales team productivity through training, motivation, and by setting clear, achievable performance goals.

4. Analyze Market Trends Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and ensure the company maintains a competitive advantage.

5. Ensure Timely Collections - Manage payment collection processes to achieve full and prompt settlements from customers.

6. Support Business Operations - Undertake additional responsibilities and special projects as required to meet organizational objectives.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

1. Proficient in data analysis, sales forecasting, cold calling, negotiation, and marketing skill.

2. Minimum qualification: Diploma or Advanced Diploma (a related field is preferred but not mandatory).

3. Prior experience in sales or related fields is an advantage.

4. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

5. Customer Orientation and excellent negotiation skills

6. A strong team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

7. Proactive, highly motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
