Requirements:
- Diploma in business administration or a similar field.
- 1-2 years relevant working experiences.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Good understanding of useful computer programs
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients.
Basic: RM 3500
Transport allowance, car maintenance allowance

Responsibilities
- Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships.
- Handle client issues throughout the implementation life cycle in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Schedule and conduct status meetings with appropriate development resources and customers.
- Provide proper refund and compensation to customers on time.
- Maintain complete and accurate customer correspondence data.
- Managing client relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business.
- Identify and develop problem solving methodologies to resolve customer issues. Experience Required: Min 1 Year/s
