Position: Customer Service Executive
Location: Port Klang, Selangor
Responsibilities:
- Sales coordinator follow up and taking care of the existing customers, including new development.
- Coordinate with production to ensure order fulfillment.
- Data analysis on monthly sales in terms of volume, cost, selling price etc.
- Attending customer complaint when necessarily.
