• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality sectors.
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and content strategy.
• Experience with email marketing tools and CMS platforms is an added advantage.
• Creative, data-driven, and highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple brands across various platforms.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms (social media, email, SEO/SEM, content marketing, paid ads).
• Oversee and optimize content for brands, including Wagyu beef, Kampai, Lamoon, and upcoming restaurant concepts.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) with clear performance tracking and ROI goals.
• Monitor and analyze web and social traffic metrics, adjusting strategies accordingly to improve engagement and conversions.
• Work closely with in-house teams (design, operations, and sales) to align campaigns with business objectives.
• Manage e-commerce platform promotions and coordinate with marketplace partners (if applicable).
• Support brand storytelling through creative assets, videos, and collaboration with influencers or content creators.
• Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with industry trends to maintain a cutting-edge presence.
