:Financial Operations
Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure timely, accurate entry into accounting systems.
Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure that accounting records and systems comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis.
Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, and assist with monitoring budget performance.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
Reconcile discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Compliance & Controls
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial standards, and relevant government reporting requirements.
Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities.
Maintain and review internal controls and accounting procedures to safeguard company assets.
Assist with audit preparation and ensure timely submission of audited financial statements to regulatory bodies.
Support to Management
Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions and business planning.
Assist in financial modeling and scenario planning for new initiatives or operational changes.
Ensure the company's financial operations align with short-term and long-term goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, MICPA) are a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Solid knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
