Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the front-line representative of the organization Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy Manage administrative duties including scheduling, phone calls, filing, and mail Prepare payment vouchers and manage office supplies Perform clerical tasks and support management as needed

Requirements :



SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business Admin or Secretarial studies Minimum 1-3 years of admin experience Good communication and phone-handling skills Proficient in MS Word and Excel Pleasant personality
Compensation & Benefits:

Basic salary: RM4,000
EPF, SOCSO, EIS

Working Hours:

Tuesday to Satuday- 5 days' work week (off on Sunday and Mon)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
