Identify, pursue, and secure new customers, distributors, and trading partners locally and internationally.
Negotiate and close high-value contracts and long-term supply agreements.
2. Market Development & Strategy
Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, competitive products, and new opportunities.
Recommend product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize profitability.
Collaborate with the R&D and production teams to align product offerings with customer needs.
3. Key Account Management
Manage relationships with major clients, including multinational FMCG companies and regional distributors.
Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups, resolving issues, and providing technical product support.
4. International Trade & Compliance
Drive export market development, ensuring compliance with international trade laws, Halal, FSSC, and other relevant certifications.
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and sales materials.
Provide market intelligence to management for strategic planning and decision-making.
Liaise with procurement to ensure competitive raw material sourcing for palm oil and coconut-based products.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or commodity trading.
Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken).
Proven track record in developing international markets, particularly in dairy and coconut product segments.
Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
Familiarity with Halal, Kosher, and international food export requirements.
Willingness to travel domestically and overseas.
