Provide financial solutions to clients based on individual needs.
Maintain customer confidence by offering after-sales services such as policy servicing, handling claims, and providing upgrades.
Build and manage your own team of financial advisors to ensure the delivery of quality and value-added services to clients.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least SPM/O Level qualifications.
Holding professional licenses such as CEILLI & PCE or any relevant financial licenses is an advantage.
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in sales.
Self-motivated and committed, with a strong desire to learn and grow as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive team player with the ability to work independently.
