Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
Conduct initial interviews and liaise with hiring managers to ensure effective talent acquisition.
Coordinate and facilitate onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Maintain recruitment records and update applicant tracking systems.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
Support initiatives that promote employee engagement such as staff events, recognition programs, and communication campaigns.
Assist in conflict resolution and disciplinary processes according to company policies and Malaysian labor laws.
3. Performance Management
Support the execution of the performance management cycle (goal setting, evaluations, and feedback).
Assist managers in preparing performance documentation and monitoring progress.
4. Training & Development
Coordinate and monitor employee training programs including GMP, safety, and skills development sessions.
Maintain training records and assess training effectiveness.
Assist in identifying training needs based on performance and capability requirements.
5. HR Administration & Operations
Maintain accurate employee records (physical and digital) in compliance with data privacy requirements.
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and employment certificates.
Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate attendance and leave data.
Manage employee benefits including medical claims, insurance, and leave management.
6. Compensation & Benefits
Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring internal equity and competitiveness.
Support salary review and market benchmarking activities.
7. HR Policies & Compliance
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and other statutory requirements.
Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures to support company operations.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin.
