Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Proven proficiency in a variety of candidate sourcing techniques, including online platforms and networking.
2-3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably within logistics, warehouse, supply chain, or related industries.
Ability to read and write in Mandarin fluently to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and candidates.
Willingness and commitment to work full-time, on-site at the client's office.
Strong skills in interview coordination, ensuring smooth scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Demonstrated expertise in salary and offer negotiation, balancing candidate expectations with company guidelines to achieve successful hires.
