Requirements:

Preferable Mandarin/Cantonese speaking
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Mass Communication/Marketing or relevant professional qualification (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
Minimum 1-2 years and above working experience in purchasing (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
Self-motivated and fast learner.
The ability to follow up and communication
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Computer literate in Microsoft Office application and accounting software (Autocount)
Able to start work immediately will be added advantage.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin

Scopes:

**Salary Negotiable**

To sources, select, evaluate and negotiate with supplier
To Plan, executive, coordinate all the purchasing activities which include prepare Purchase Orders by verifying specifications and price, arrange and monitor delivery of goods purchase
Verify invoices & good received before channelling to Accounts for payment
To perform price analysis and evaluation in order to assist management decision (collecting, analysing and summarizing data and trends)
Assist sales department on issue Quotation and Mix Design to Debtor
To ensure compliance with all Company\xe2\x80\x99s operating policies, procedures and standing instructions
Any ad-hoc assigned by the superior
