Job Description
Requirements:
- Preferable Mandarin/Cantonese speaking
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Mass Communication/Marketing or relevant professional qualification (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
- Minimum 1-2 years and above working experience in purchasing (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
- Self-motivated and fast learner.
- The ability to follow up and communication
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office application and accounting software (Autocount)
- Able to start work immediately will be added advantage.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
**Salary Negotiable**
- To sources, select, evaluate and negotiate with supplier
- To Plan, executive, coordinate all the purchasing activities which include prepare Purchase Orders by verifying specifications and price, arrange and monitor delivery of goods purchase
- Verify invoices & good received before channelling to Accounts for payment
- To perform price analysis and evaluation in order to assist management decision (collecting, analysing and summarizing data and trends)
- Assist sales department on issue Quotation and Mix Design to Debtor
- To ensure compliance with all Company\xe2\x80\x99s operating policies, procedures and standing instructions
- Any ad-hoc assigned by the superior
