Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Developing and implementing purchasing strategies and policies. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules to achieve cost efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and evaluate performance regularly. Resolving any issues or disputes with suppliers/vendors. Oversee inventory control, monitor material usage, and coordinate month-end stock reporting. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, financial controls, and audit standards. Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and supplier performance summaries for management review. Supervise and train purchasing team members to ensure efficiency and professional growth. Collaborating with other departments to ensure procurement needs are met

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in F&B industries. Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills. Good knowledge of inventory systems, procurement software, and cost control management.
