Prepare detailed quotations, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and cost estimates for interior design and renovation projects.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate supplier/vendor quotations to optimize cost efficiency.
Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and monitor cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and process progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
Support tender preparation and evaluation, including price analysis and comparison.
Conduct site visits to verify progress claims and ensure alignment with cost controls.
Collaborate with designers, project managers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve cost-related matters.
Provide cost advice during design development to aid decision-making and value engineering.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with contractual requirements.
