Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed quotations, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and cost estimates for interior design and renovation projects.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate supplier/vendor quotations to optimize cost efficiency.
Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and monitor cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and process progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
Support tender preparation and evaluation, including price analysis and comparison.
Conduct site visits to verify progress claims and ensure alignment with cost controls.
Collaborate with designers, project managers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve cost-related matters.
Provide cost advice during design development to aid decision-making and value engineering.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with contractual requirements.
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. 1-5 years of relevant experience in interior design/renovation QS or in interior-related projects with a builder/contractor. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with AutoCAD or QS software is advantageous. Strong numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills. Highly detail-oriented, independent, and deadline-driven. Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Remuneration
Junior QS (1-2 years): SGD 2,800 - 3,500 per month
Mid-Level QS (3-5 years): SGD 3,500 - 4,500 per month
Singapore statutory contributions apply.
Working Hours
5.5 days, 44 hours per week

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
