Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
• Minimum 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Ms Office, AutoCad
• Applicants must possess their own transport.

Remuneration packages:
Basic: RM 4,000 to RM 5,000
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Benefit:
Parking Allowance.
Official 5 days' work week, but need to be ready to work on Saturday as well. Scopes:

Position : Quantity Surveyor
Location: Solaris Mont' Kiara, KL
Responsibilities:

• Report to the Board of Directors.
• Able to work independently and assist the contract department for both pre and post-contract which include tendering exercises and preparing main contractor claims
• Attend tender and site progress meeting
• Communicate and liaise with consultants and subcontractors
