Job Scope / Responsibilities :

Outdoor Sales in Johor Bharu

Customer Development

Identify and approach potential customers (interior designers, carpenters, contractors, renovator).
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Sales Activities

Promote and sell the company's products (wall panels, PVC marble, pallets).
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Market Engagement

Visit customers' sites, offices, and shops to introduce products.
Attend exhibitions, networking events, or industry gatherings to expand client base.
Product Knowledge

Learn and understand the features of all products (materials, dimensions, applications).
Provide product recommendations and solutions according to customer needs.
After-Sales Support

Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments.
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
Reporting

Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and customer information.
Submit weekly/monthly reports to management.
Team Collaboration

Work with the marketing team to support promotions.
Coordinate with operations/logistics for delivery scheduling.

Requirements :

Education

At least SPM / Diploma (for junior sales).
Degree preferred for corporate/B2B sales.
Communication Skills

Fluent in Mandarin + English (and/or Bahasa, depending on customer base).
Able to present, negotiate, and handle objections.
Experience

Junior: Fresh grads / 1-2 years in retail, telemarketing, or sales.
Mid-level: 2-5 years in sales (preferably in building materials, construction, or B2B).
Senior: 5+ years with proven track record and client base.
Sales Skills / Traits

Persuasive & confident personality.
Target-driven, resilient (can handle rejection).
Good networking ability.
Problem-solving mindset (offer solutions, not just products).
Other Requirements

Must have own transport (if meeting clients).
Willing to travel / meet customers.
Basic computer literacy (email, WhatsApp, Excel/CRM).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
