Assist in managing day-to-day floor operations, ensuring high service standards and customer satisfaction
Lead and supervise service crew during shifts, providing guidance and support as needed
Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth communication and service flow.
Support in staff scheduling, training, and floor assignments.
Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of the dining area at all times.
Assist in opening and closing duties, cash handling, and daily reporting as required.
Uphold company SOPs and promote a positive working environment.
Requirements
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in a supervisory or assistant manager role in the F&B or hospitality industry.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Able to handle high-pressure environments and multitask efficiently.
Good communication in
English
and Mandarin
Customer-focused with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
