Reporting to the Project Manager, the position oversees the sales team and drives business growth for industrial transportation and material handling solutions, including truck movements, relocation support, and machine installation services.
Responsibilities include managing sales operations, developing strategies to expand market presence, maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue goals.
The role requires close collaboration with project management and finance teams to align client needs with project delivery while ensuring compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and safety regulations.
Requirements :
Bachelor's in Business/Sales or related field.
At least 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in industrial/project-based sectors.
Proven leadership, negotiation, and client management skills.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 & GDPMD.
Willingness to travel and adapt to project demands.
Good communication skills in English, Mandarin and BM.
Remuneration:
Basic Salary: RM 8,000 + attractive commission scheme (structure to be discussed).
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (flexibility required based on project needs).
