To develop or find new business opportunities or projects.
To execute day-to-day sales activities including attending to sales enquiries, customer feedback, and preparing and follow-up on quotations and tenders.
To make calls and provide accurate information to all customers including contacting to follow-up on purchases, suggest purchase options, and determine customer needs and wants.
To be familiar with Company's products and possess basic product knowledge to provide prospects with accurate information.
To develop and maintain effective business relationship with new and existing customers.
To attract new leads and potential businesses through numerous sales and marketing methods.
To collect payment due, monitor collection aging and evaluate the reliability of customer's credibility.
To work closely with team members to ensure monthly sales targets are met.
To carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales/Marketing or related discipline.
Possess at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin (Read and Speak).
Good in Interpersonal & Communication Skills, Professional Selling Skills, Presentation Skills, Analytic Problem Solving, Result Focused and Continuous Learning.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
