Job Description

Job Summary
The Senior E-commerce Executive is responsible for driving the company's online sales performance through effective management of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing activities, and product merchandising. This role involves strategic planning, campaign execution, data analysis, and collaboration with internal teams to optimize the online customer experience and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Operations:

_Set up the new e-commerce department from zero, including developing workflows, standard operating procedures, and platform integration._

Manage daily operations of the company's e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website).

Oversee product listing accuracy, pricing updates, inventory tracking, and order fulfillment coordination.

Ensure smooth execution of promotions, flash sales, and campaign participation.

Liaise with platform representatives to maximize visibility and participation in mega sales events.

Sales & Performance Optimization:

Analyze sales performance and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, average order value, and traffic-to-sales ratio.

Recommend and implement strategies to improve sales performance and profitability.

Marketing & Campaign Management:

Plan and execute online marketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing and creative teams.

Manage paid ads, vouchers, and platform marketing tools to boost traffic and conversion.

Create content calendars and coordinate with designers for banners, visuals, and product videos.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the supply chain, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with product and brand teams to align on marketing direction, product launches, and promotional plans.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports on sales, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.

Use analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform dashboards) to drive data-informed decisions.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry.

Hands-on experience with major platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, etc.).

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and digital ad platforms.

Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in both Mandarin and English.

Have no issue to work in Kajang.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
