• Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields. \xef\x82\xb7
• At least 2 years of experience in social media management, with proven success stories preferred. \xef\x82\xb7
• Familiarity with the major social media platforms in Malaysia and their operating mechanisms. \xef\x82\xb7
• Excellent content creation skills with strong writing abilities and visual design capabilities.
• Experience in photography and video production is a plus. \xef\x82\xb7 Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data. \xef\x82\xb7
• Good communication and teamwork skills, proactive, and creative. \xef\x82\xb7
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.

TanggungjawabResponsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7

• Manage and operate the company\'s social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, XHS, and other relevant platforms. \xef\x82\xb7
• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and user engagement. \xef\x82\xb7
• Create and edit high-quality, diverse content, including text, images, and videos ensuring the content aligns with the brand\'s voice and appeals to the target audience. \xef\x82\xb7
• Monitor and analyze social media data, evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, and provide actionable insights for improvement. \xef\x82\xb7
• Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to ensure social media activities align with the overall marketing strategy. \xef\x82\xb7
• Stay updated with social media trends and popular topics, and adjust strategies and content accordingly. Knowledge and Skill

Manfaat

• Working hour: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
• Salary range: RM5,000 to RM6,000 \xef\x82\xb7 EPF, SOCSO, EIS contribution \xef\x82\xb7
