- Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 6-8 years FMCG/key account experience, with proven track record in handling Watsons.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Hands-on, analytical, and results-driven personality.

Strategic/ Key Account Manager (Modern Trade / Retail Chains)
Location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
Salary: RM7,000 - RM10,000 per month
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm | Saturday, 9:30am - 1:30pm (5.5 days/week)
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage key retail accounts, especially Watsons, to drive sales and brand growth.
- Develop and implement account strategies, trade promotions, and business plans.
- Build strong relationships with buyers and partners to secure long-term business.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and business review reports.
