Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist | APAC Focus with Global Impact

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be dedicated to supporting the strategic talent acquisition of our key global client, while operating across time zones to identify and engage top-tier talent worldwide.

???? / Key Responsibilities:

?????????????????????????????????????????????Own end-to-end talent sourcing for logistics, supply chain, and operational roles, building long-term candidate relationships. ??????????LinkedIn Recruiter?????????????????????????Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, industry groups) to maintain a robust pipeline. ??????????????????????????????????????Conduct market research and talent mapping to generate insights on talent trends and competitive landscape. ?????????????????????????????????????????Partner closely with TA team and hiring managers to align on sourcing strategies and candidate profiles. ??????????????????????????????????Track and analyze sourcing metrics (e.g., pipeline conversion, response rates) to drive continuous improvement.
???? / Qualifications:

1????????????????????????????????????1+ years of talent sourcing experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or high-volume operational hiring. ??????????????????????????Skilled in sourcing platforms/tools, such like LinkedIn, job boards, with ability to conduct talent mapping. ?????????????????????????????????????????Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin or any Foreign Language is a plus), with ability to collaborate across teams/country. ?????????????????????????Highly organized, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ????????????????????????Growth mindset and eager

Working Hours :

9:00AM - 6:00AM (5 days per week)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
